The rental rates for this tourist residence vary depending on the season :

Off season : Before May 23, 2026

Low season : From  May 23, to June 20, 2026

Mid season : From June 20, to July 11, 2026

High season : From July 11, to August 22, 2026

Mid season : From August 22, to September 05, 2026

Low season : From September 05, to September 26, 2026

Off season : After September 26, 2026

To be included, public tax of  7,5 euros/night.

1 - Check availability of the flat on the desired date and duration

        Start and end of your stay on Saturday / Sunday or Monday

2 - Open your account to make a reservation

3 - Indicate your desired stay and calculate your nights

4 - Pay your deposit to block the reservation : 30% to total amount (Offline)

5 - We will send you a rental contract within a few days 

6 - Payment of the balance will be made upon handing over the keys at the start of your rental

By creating your account, you indicate your identity and will access the reservation form. If you already have an account, log in.

Calculate the exact number of nights you will spend in the apartment 

Submit the form to make an option.

We will confirm receipt and block the option until receipt of your deposit.

if  your request is less than 7 days (minimum 4 days), the price will have to be readjusted taking into account the fixed charges. If it is greater than 10 days, it will be readjusted downwards for the same reason.

With the information given above, I will send you a rental proposal by email.

        1 - a reservation contract with the terms and conditions

        2 - A deposit invoice for an amount of 30%

Read the conditions and send me back a signed version.

Make the payment of the deposit.

Your reservation is taken into account as soon as these two formalities are completed.

And I will block the apartment for you !! 

The deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation. In the event of a problem, and depending on the time remaining before your arrival, we will find the best solution.

You will receive all the information :

From the reservation contract, the deposit and final invoice, and the directions for finding the apartment.
